Scope

This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, supply methods, packaging and signs of nickel-chromium-nickel-silicon thermocouple wires. This standard applies to the manufacture of alloy wires for industrial nickel-chromium-nickel-silicon thermocouples (K-type thermocouples).
