Scope
This standard specifies the hazard list, safety requirements and/or measures, judgment and use information of mining drilling rigs. This standard sets limits for mining drilling machines in terms of physical performance and intended use. The safety requirements specified in this standard are applicable to the hazards generated at each stage of the machine life cycle specified in 5.3a of GB/T 15706.1-2007. Hazards not covered by this standard are consistent with GB/T 15706.1 and GB/T 15706.2. Hazards pertaining to general mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and other equipment are not covered by this standard. This standard applies to shaft drilling machines and raise drilling machines. It includes raise drilling rigs, rotary table shaft drilling rigs and power head shaft drilling rigs.
