Scope
This standard specifies the hazard list, safety requirements and/or measures and their judgment and use information for mine feeding equipment. This standard sets forth limits for mine feed equipment in terms of physical properties and intended use. The safety requirements stipulated in this standard are applicable to the hazards generated at each stage of the machine life cycle specified in 5.3a) of GB/T 15706.1-2007. Hazards not covered by this standard are consistent with GB/T 15706.1 and GB/T 15706.2. Hazards pertaining to general mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and other equipment are not covered by this standard. This standard applies to apron feeders, belt feeders, chain feeders, reciprocating feeders, disc feeders, screw feeders, and scrapers that continuously and evenly distribute materials to mineral processing equipment.
