Scope: This part of YY 0801 specifies the requirements and dimensions for terminals intended for use in anesthetic gas purification processing systems complying with ISO 7396-2. This section specifies two types of terminals depending on whether the power plant is upstream or downstream of the terminal. This section also specifies the requirements and dimensions for mating parts (inserts) of type-specific connection points that are part of the terminal. This standard does not specify the nominal working pressure range of the terminal as defined in ISO 7396-2. This section does not specify the requirements for terminals used for compressed medical gases and vacuums to which YY 0801.1 applies.
