Scope: This standard specifies the classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, transportation and storage of cobalt and cobalt alloy waste (hereinafter referred to as waste cobalt). This standard applies to domestic and foreign trade of waste cobalt, secondary non-ferrous metal smelting enterprises, and also to waste cobalt used by processing and manufacturing enterprises.
