- This specification applies to the loan business activities of housing provident funds in pilot cities to support indemnificatory housing construction projects. The housing provident fund supports the loan business activities of indemnificatory housing construction projects, which shall comply with the principles of deliberation by the housing provident fund management committee, approval by the people's government of the pilot city, operation of the housing provident fund management center, and entrusted banks handling relevant banking business.
