- This standard specifies the basic principles that should be followed for launch vehicle (hereinafter referred to as rocket) launch preparations, as well as the basic content and requirements for launch preparations. This standard is applicable to the preparations for launch of launch vehicles for launching satellites, spaceships and other space vehicles. Among them, the preparation of propellant filling elements is only applicable to launch vehicles filled with liquid propellants.
