Scope
This standard specifies the requirements for materials, loads and load effect combinations, bearing capacity limit state calculations, normal service limit state calculations and construction of concrete structures related to the nuclear safety of pressurized water reactor nuclear power plants. This standard applies to the design of concrete structures related to nuclear safety in pressurized water reactor nuclear power plants (including underground structures, such as pipe corridors), but does not include concrete pressure vessels and containments.
