- This part specifies the technical requirements for the manufacturing, chemical composition, mechanical properties, non-destructive testing and other technical requirements for forged and rolled rods for bolts and nuts used in level 1, 2 and 3 equipment of pressurized water reactor nuclear power plants. This section applies to forged and rolled rods for grade 1, 2, and 3 bolts in pressurized water reactor nuclear power plants as follows: ——40CrMoV alloy steel (diameter not greater than 180 mm); ——12Crl3Ni (diameter not greater than 100 mm), 05Crl6Ni4Mo (diameter Not larger than 250 mm) martensitic stainless steel; ——06Cr19Nil0, 06Crl7Ni12Mo2, 05Crl9Ni10, 05Cr17Ni12Mo2 deformation work hardened austenitic stainless steel (not larger than 40 mm in diameter); ——12Crl2Ni3Mo2VN martensitic stainless steel (not larger than 250 mm in diameter, working temperature Not greater than 350℃); ——05Crl7Ni4Cu4Nb and 05Crl5Ni4Cu4Mo2 martensitic precipitation hardening stainless steel (diameter not greater than 200 mm); ——06Cr15Ni25Ti2MoAlVB austenitic precipitation hardening stainless steel. This section also applies to the following forged and rolled rods for grade 1, 2 and 3 bolts and nuts in pressurized water reactor nuclear power plants: ——45 carbon steel (diameter not greater than 100 mm); ——42CrMo alloy steel (diameter not greater than 180 mm); ——12Cr13 martensitic stainless steel (diameter not larger than 100 mm); ——06Crl9Nil0, 06Crl7Nil2Mo2, 05Cr19NilO and 05Cr17Nil2Mo2 austenitic solid solution stainless steel.
