Scope

This Standard spplies to the evaluation of vibration on rotodynamic pump applications absorbing more than 2 kW (3 hp) and of the types as indicated in Figure 9.6.4.2.3.1. It pertains to evaluation of vibration when the vibration measurements are made on nonrotating parts(bearing housing vibration).
