- This part of JR/T 0025 describes the unique personalization instructions for China's financial integrated circuit (IC) card debit/credit applications, the definition of the unique Data Group Identifier (DGI) and the relevant security regulations during personalization. This section applies to Chinese financial integrated circuit (IC) debit/credit cards issued or accepted by banks, and is intended to provide guidance for data preparation system providers and personalization centers in defining the requirements for the data preparation stage. At the same time, it can also provide a reference for application designers to design default file and record structures. This section can also be used as a reference when personalizing other applications.
