- This procedure applies to the maintenance and safety operations of urban drainage pipelines and ancillary structures. This regulation stipulates the basic technical requirements for the safe maintenance and operation of urban drainage pipelines and their ancillary structures. When this procedure conflicts with the provisions of national laws and administrative regulations, the provisions of national laws and administrative regulations shall be followed.
