- This part stipulates the construction quality acceptance standards for water treatment and hydrogen production equipment and systems in thermal power generation projects and the relevant requirements for individual project construction quality evaluation, single unit quality evaluation and overall project quality evaluation. This section applies to the construction quality acceptance and project quality evaluation of water treatment and hydrogen production equipment and systems for newly built, expanded and renovated thermal power generation projects with a single unit capacity of 300MW-1000MW. The construction quality acceptance and project quality evaluation of thermal power generation projects below 300MW and conventional islands of nuclear power plants, BOP water treatment and hydrogen production equipment and systems can be implemented with reference to this section.
