- This part of DL/T 5210 specifies the construction quality acceptance standards for thermal instrumentation and control devices in thermal power generation projects and the relevant requirements for individual project construction quality evaluation, single unit quality evaluation and overall project quality evaluation. This section applies to the construction quality acceptance and project quality evaluation of thermal instruments and control devices for newly built, expanded and renovated thermal power generation projects with a single unit capacity of 300MW-1000MW. The construction quality acceptance and project quality evaluation of thermal instruments and control devices for thermal power generation projects below 300MW can be implemented with reference to this section.
