- This part of DL/T 5210 specifies the construction quality acceptance standards for steam turbine generator units in thermal power generation projects and the relevant requirements for individual project construction quality evaluation, single unit quality evaluation and overall project quality evaluation. This section applies to the construction quality acceptance and project quality evaluation of newly built, expanded and renovated thermal power generation projects with a single capacity of 300MW-1000MW, steam turbine generator units and gas-steam combined cycle generator units. The construction quality acceptance and project quality evaluation of thermal power generating units below 300MW and conventional islands of nuclear power plants and BOP projects can be implemented with reference to this section.
