Scope
WARNING: Personnel using this standard should have practical experience in laboratory work. This standard does not address all possible safety issues. It is the user's responsibility to take appropriate safety and health measures and ensure compliance with the conditions stipulated in the relevant national laws and regulations. This standard specifies the analysis method for the ratio of 226Ra/228Ra radioactivity in geological water samples, wherein 226Ra is measured by the emanation method, and 228Ra is measured by Its daughter 228Ac was measured on a low background β device. This standard is applicable to the analysis of 226Ra/228Ra activity ratio in surface water, groundwater, uranium pit water and uranium factory wastewater. Environmental sewage, seawater and solid samples can also be used after corresponding treatment. Refer to use. Measuring range: 226Ra specific activity>3.6×10-3Bq/L and 228Ra specific activity>3.5×10-3Bq/L or more Various ratios.
