Scope
The ITU Radiocommunication Assembly, considering that slant path attenuation between a terrestrial station and a space station (geostationary or non-geostationary)resulting from absorption due to atmospheric gases including water vapour is an important factor in frequency sharing studies between the fixed-satellite service (FSS) and the fixed service (FS).
