Scope

This standard is a performance test for real-time medical ultrasound imaging equipment (hereinafter referred to as ultrasound imaging equipment) that uses the ultrasound pulse reflection method and is designed and manufactured to operate in the frequency range of 0.5 to 15MHz. Basic matters related to the method are stipulated.
