This standard specifies household inhalers (hereinafter referred to as devices) that use water or 1% saline as the inhalation liquid for use outside hospitals and clinics. Additionally, this applies to single-phase equipment with a rated voltage of 100V, and internal power equipment with a safety extra low voltage (SELV) or lower.
