Scope

This standard specifies steel sheets and steel strips (hereinafter referred to as sheets and coils) that are hot-dipped in a plating bath consisting of approximately 5% aluminum (including trace amounts of magnesium or rare earth elements) and the balance zinc. . In this case, the plate includes not only a flat plate but also a corrugated plate with the shape and dimensions specified in JIS C 3316.
