- This standard specifies the product classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of the cationic surfactant - dialkyl (C ~ C) dimethyl ammonium halide. This standard applies to quaternary ammonium salts synthesized from dialkylmethyl tertiary amines and alkyl halides as raw materials.
