Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage, quality certificate and contract (or order) content of lithium tantalate single crystal. This standard applies to products produced by grinding the outer cylindrical shape of primary single crystals of lithium tantalate grown by the Czochralski method.
