Scope

This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, labels, packaging, transportation, storage and safety of industrial fine precipitated calcium carbonate and industrial fine active precipitated calcium carbonate. This standard applies to industrial fine precipitated calcium carbonate produced by precipitation method using limestone as raw material and industrial fine active precipitated calcium carbonate produced by surface treatment with active agent and special processing. These products are mainly used as fillers for plastics, rubber, paper, etc.
