This standard specifies the hygienic indicators and inspection methods of algae products, as well as the hygienic requirements for food additives, production and processing, labeling, packaging, transportation, and storage. This standard applies to seawater algae and products made from seawater algae as raw materials, with or without supplementary materials, through corresponding processes. This standard does not apply to jelly and spirulina products made from seawater algae.
