Scope: This standard specifies the technical requirements, basic procedures, methods, and rationality analysis and inspection of results for the calculation of the pollution-holding capacity of water areas. This standard applies to the calculation of the pollution-holding capacity of organic pollutants in surface waters such as rivers, lakes, reservoirs, canals, and channels that have designated water function zones. Water areas that have not yet designated water function zones can be implemented as a reference.
