Scope: Warning: The sulfur dioxide corrosion test method in this standard, the sulfur dioxide and hydrogen sulfide gas corrosion test method used in the sulfur dioxide and carbon dioxide mixed gas corrosion test method are poisonous gases, and their storage, transportation and use can only be carried out in airtight in the gas system. Sulfur dioxide has a pungent and unpleasant odor, and hydrogen sulfide has a flammable and foul odor, and adequate exhaust ventilation must be provided to deal with accidental spills. Test operators should also take effective measures for respiratory protection. The sulfuric acid reagent used in the chemical preparation method of sulfur dioxide in Appendix A of this standard and the chemical preparation method of hydrogen sulfide in Appendix B is highly corrosive and belongs to chemical hazards. Safe operating procedures should be formulated according to the prescribed test procedures, and necessary training should be provided to test operators; the storage and handling of sulfuric acid reagents should be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the National Chemical Hazardous Goods Safety Management Regulations for safety. This standard specifies the test methods for evaluating the environmental conditions of fixed fire extinguishing systems and components under transport, storage and service states. This standard applies to fixed fire extinguishing system products used in general installation places.
