Scope: This standard specifies the method for flushing solid particle pollutants in hydraulic system pipelines. These contaminants may be introduced during the manufacture of new hydraulic systems or during repairs and modifications to existing systems. This standard supplements but does not replace the requirements of system suppliers and users, especially when their requirements are more stringent than those specified in this standard. This standard does not apply to the following situations: chemical cleaning and pickling of hydraulic pipe fittings; cleaning of main components of the system. The cleanliness level inspection of the system assembly shall be carried out in accordance with GB/Z 20423.
