Scope: This standard specifies the classification and labeling, requirements and test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation and storage of general-purpose lithium-based greases. This standard is applicable to the grease made by thickening mineral lubricating oil with fatty acid lithium soap and adding anti-oxidation and anti-rust additives.
