Scope: This standard specifies the requirements for system and equipment reliability appraisal and acceptance test, and provides the statistical test plan (exponential distribution) of reliability verification test, the method of parameter estimation and determination of comprehensive environmental conditions, and the implementation of reliability verification test program. This standard applies to the reliability identification test and reliability acceptance test specified in GJB 450A-2004.
