- This standard applies to the design and construction of brick floors (up to now designated as ribbed floors with hollow stone fillers). The specifications given in DIN 1045:1988-07 and DIN 1053-4:1978-09 have been summarized in this standard where the latest knowledge of these floors has been taken into account.
