GB/T 16857.5-2004 Geometrical Product Specifications(GPS)-Acceptance and reverification tests for coordinate measuring machines(CMM)-Part 5:CMMs using multiple-stylus probing systems (English Version)
This part of GB/T 16857 specifies the acceptance test and re-inspection test for the performance of coordinate measuring machines with multi-probe probing systems. Probing systems include fixed multiple probe systems mounted on a single probe (eg "star" probes), multiple probe systems (eg one probe per probe) and gimbaled probe systems. This standard applies only to: - Coordinate measuring machines using any type of contact probing system; - The configuration of the probe system can be pre-calibrated (that is, the repeatability of the system operation is sufficient, and it is not necessary to calibrate the probe every time it is used ); - the probe is spherical, hemispherical or disc-shaped. This section does not apply to non-contact detection systems.
