- Scope
- This rule stipulates the measurement requirements, measurement testing procedures, measurement testing methods, and measurement requirements for energy efficiency labeling of air conditioners with air-cooled condensers, fully enclosed motor-compressors, cooling capacity of 14,000 W or less, and climate type T1. Test results evaluation criteria and test reports, etc. This rule applies to the measurement supervision and inspection of energy efficiency labels of air conditioners. Commissioned inspections can be carried out with reference to these rules. Units that produce and sell air conditioners may also refer to these rules for testing. The air conditioner energy efficiency measurement and testing method stipulated in these rules is the air enthalpy method. This rule does not apply to mobile air conditioners, speed-controlled air conditioners and multi-connected air conditioners. The air conditioners to be tested should be products that have passed the self-inspection of the manufacturer, or products imported and sold by the seller.
