Scope

Recommendations ITU-R M.1141 and ITU-R M.1142 contain coordination thresholds for systems in the fixed service in frequency sharing with the MSS. The World Radiocommunication conference (Geneva, 1995) (WRC-95) incorporated these coordination thresholds into the revised RR.
