DIN EN 1123-1:2004 Pipes and fittings of longitudinally welded hot-dip galvanized steel pipes with spigot and socket for waste water systems - Part 1: Requirements, testing, quality control; German version EN 1123-1:1999 + A1:2004
This document specifies requirements, testing and quality control for pipes and fittings of hot-dipped, galvanized, longitudinally welded steel pipes with spigot and socket for the use in waste water systems normally operating under gravity or at a low level of pressure. These pipes and fittings are normally used for the conveyance of rainwater, household waste water and similar industrial sewage. This amendment adds the essential requirements, given in a Mandate under the Construction Procucts directive, to the standard.
