Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, transportation, storage and shelf life of the food additive Hangzhou Baiju Extract. This standard is applicable to the analysis and evaluation of the quality of Chrysanthemum morifolium extract obtained by leaching Chrysanthemum morifolium, a specialty of Zhejiang, with edible ethanol as the solvent.
