YY/T 0750-2009 Ultrasonics.Physiotherapy systems.Field specifications and methods of measurement in the frequency range 0.5MHz to 5MHz (English Version)
This standard applies to continuous wave or quasi-continuous wave ultrasonic energy generated by an ultrasonic transducer in the frequency range of 0.5 MHz to 5 MHz, and is designed for use in ultrasonic equipment for physical therapy purposes. This standard only covers ultrasonic therapy equipment that uses a single-plane non-focused disc transducer in each treatment head, which produces a steady-state beam perpendicular to the end face of the treatment head. This standard specifies: Methods for measurement and characterization of the output performance of ultrasonic physiotherapy equipment based on benchmark test methods; Characteristics specified by manufacturers of ultrasonic physiotherapy equipment based on benchmark test methods; Guidelines for the safety of the ultrasonic sound field generated by ultrasonic physiotherapy equipment; Based on Methods for measurement and characterization of the output of ultrasonic physiotherapy equipment based on routine test methods; Acceptance criteria for output of ultrasonic physiotherapy equipment based on routine test methods. This standard does not include the treatment parameters and usage of ultrasonic physiotherapy equipment.
