Scope

This part of LD/T 30 describes the construction, application scope and overall structure of the human resources and social security electronic certification system, and defines the relationship and basic requirements between the electronic certification system basic layer, certificate business management layer, and certificate application support layer . This part applies to: a) Guide the construction of a national unified, rationally laid out, orderly, safe and reliable human resources and social security electronic certification system; guide human resources and social security departments at all levels to build a reasonable electronic certification system to provide human resources and social security business systems to provide standardized electronic certification services. b) Guide human resources and social security departments at all levels to establish certificate application technology support systems for application systems, provide safe, standardized, and easy-to-integrate certificate application interfaces, and provide effective identity authentication, data encryption and decryption for human resources and social security business systems , signature verification and other security mechanisms. c) Guide human resources and social security departments at all levels to establish effective certificate business management mechanisms and operation management mechanisms to ensure the effective operation of the electronic certification system built by the unit.
