Scope

This standard specifies the structural form and dimensions, technical requirements, materials, test methods and inspection rules, marking, coating, shipping and storage of wafer check valves. This standard applies to wafer-type check valves. The specific applicable parameters are: wafer double-disc swing check valves with nominal pressure not greater than PN420 and nominal size DN50~DN2100; nominal pressure not greater than PN420 and nominal size DN50~DN1200 The long series of wafer single-disc swing check valves and wafer butterfly check valves; the short series of wafer single-disc swing check valves with nominal pressures not exceeding PN260 and nominal sizes DN50~DN500; the nominal pressures not exceeding Wafer lift check valves larger than PN160 and nominal sizes DN50~DN350; flange-connected double-disc swing check valves can be implemented as follows.
