Scope: This Recommendation describes the relationship between the home network (HN) and IPTV-related entities. It also identifies rules and requirements for functions needed on the home network to support IPTV services. It further sets criteria to verify compliance of home network devices, e.g., IPTV terminal devices, to the identified rules and requirements.
