The additional service allows the requesting user, on an ad hoc basis, to request inbound charging when establishing the call and the requested user to accept or refuse this inbound charging. When the requesting user does not explicitly request the application of inbound charging, the call will be billed normally. To use this service, the originating terminal must be able to request arrival charging.
