- This specification specifies the metrological characteristics, calibration conditions and calibration methods of high sound pressure microphone calibrators using the electromagnetic excitation principle. This specification is applicable to the calibration of high sound pressure microphone calibrators (hereinafter referred to as calibrators) that adopt the electromagnetic excitation principle.
