Scope
This standard specifies a method for the determination of phospholipid components and content in soybean oil, rapeseed oil, peanut oil, and sunflower oil by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPIC method). This standard is applicable to the determination of phosphatidylcholine (PC), phosphatidylethanolamine (PE) and phosphatidylinositol (PI) in soybean oil, rapeseed oil, metabolized oil and sunflower oil. The detection limits of this standard for phosphatidylcholine (PC), phosphatidylethanolamine (PE) and phosphatidylinositol (PD) are: 0.12 mg/g, 0.38 mg/g, 0.75 mg/g respectively. . The linear ranges of phosphatidylcholine (PC), phosphatidyl ethanolamine (PE) and phosphatidylinositol (PI) are 0.08 mg/mL~8.00 mg/mL respectively. ~15.00 mg/mL, 0.30 mg/mL~30.00 mg/mL.
