Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements that should be followed in the design, construction, acceptance, operation and maintenance of selective non-catalytic reduction flue gas denitrification projects in thermal power plants. It can be used as a basis for environmental impact assessment, engineering design and construction, project completion environmental protection acceptance and Technical basis for operation and management after completion. This standard applies to flue gas denitrification projects for coal-fired, gas-fired, and oil-fired boilers constructed at the same time or for existing boilers in thermal power plants (combined heat and power). Heating boilers and other industrial boilers, furnaces, and flue gas denitrification projects of boilers built at the same time or already built can be implemented accordingly.
