This standard specifies four methods for determining the tear resistance of rubber or plastic coated fabrics using constant rate tearing. A: Tear method for tongue-shaped specimen; B: Tear method for trouser-shaped specimen; C: Tear method for trapezoidal specimen; D: Tear method for damaged specimen.
