- This regulation stipulates the basic regulations for the application of cement-based non-shrinkage grouting materials, materials and their inspection, construction and project acceptance. This procedure is applicable to the structural design, material selection, material performance inspection, construction and quality acceptance of foundation grouting, bolts and steel anchoring using cement-based non-shrinkage grouting materials in petrochemical enterprises.
