- This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of communication pipeline static friction coefficient measuring instruments (hereinafter referred to as "measuring instruments"). This standard applies to the manufacture and repair of flat plate method static friction coefficient measuring instruments for high-density polyethylene silicon core plastic pipes used in highway underground communication pipelines.
