Scope: This standard specifies the pollution prevention and control during the collection, storage, transportation and resource recycling of waste lead-acid batteries, as well as the operation and management requirements for lead recycling enterprises. This standard applies to pollution control in the entire process of resource recycling including waste lead-acid battery collection, storage, transportation, and processing, and can be used to guide resource recycling enterprises in plant site selection, project construction, and post-completion pollution control management.
