Scope: This part of GB/T 24791 specifies the measurement methods for the shape of the sensitivity curve, sensitivity and average slope, and the screen/film/film holder/processing system in medical X-ray radiography. This determination method is not applicable to special radiography such as mammography, dental radiography and direct exposure medical radiography systems. The film holder can be in any form, as long as the screen/film is in close contact to prevent the film from being exposed to ambient light. The film holder can be a light-tight vacuum bag often used in experiments, or an X-ray imaging cassette used in medical radiography.
