Scope

This standard is suitable for testing the anti-insect properties of fabrics containing different proportions of animal fibers and their blends. This standard is applicable to testing the actual anti-insect performance of anti-insect specimens after a firmness test, and is also applicable to using chemical analysis methods to determine the minimum remaining amount of anti-insect agents.
