Scope

The second order digital multiplexing equipment using positive/zero/negative justification, which is described below, is intended for use on digital paths between countries using primary 2048 kbit/s multiplexing equipment such as PCM multiplexing equipment conforming to Recommendation G.732, or any other identical equipment.
